1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JoyInvoice billing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

JoyInvoice provides a cloud-based billing, invoicing, and subscription management platform for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for the Service are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or JoyInvoice cancels it.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JoyInvoice, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
